Who is the anointing of God?
Of course, The Holy Spirit!
How we know??
Every child of God must have the Lord’s anointing.
(Luke 4:18 The Message) God’s Spirit is on me, He’s
chosen me to preach the message of good news to the poor, sent me to announce
pardon to prisoners and recovery of sight to the blind, to set the burdened and
battered free,
God anointed Jesus with Holy Spirit!
(Acts 10:38 NLT) : and you know that God anointed Jesus
of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. Then Jesus went around doing
good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.
(1 John 2:27 NLT) but you have received the Holy spirit,
and He lives within you, so you dont need anyone to teach you what is true. For
the Spirit teaches you everything you
need to know, and what he teaches is true-it is not a lie. So just as He has
taught you, remain in fellowship with Christ.
The Bible tell us about the anointing of God in Old
testament.
God anointed Saul as first king of Israel with Olive oil.
(1 samuel 10:1 NLT): then Samuel took a flask of olive oil and poured it over
Saul”s head. He kiised saul and said, “i am doing this because the Lord has
appointed you to be the ruler over Israel, His special possession. Not only an
olive oil, but also with the Holy Spirit (1 samuel 10:9-10) : as Saul turned
and started to leave, God gave him a new heart, and all Samuel’s sign were
fulfilled that day. When saul and his servant arrived at Gibeah, they saw a
gruop of prophets coming toward them. Then the Spirit of God came powerfully
upon Saul, and he, too, began to prophesy.
It something that’s very interesting to me. When Saul was
anointed with the Holy Spirit, he also was given to prophesy by the Holy
spirit! He was not only a king, but also a prophet! (1 samuel 10:11 NLT) : when
those who knew saul heard about it, they exclaimed, “what? Is even saul a
prophet? How did the son of Kish become a prophet?”
Not only Saul, but also King David, Solomon, all prophets
in the Old Testament and Jesus. Jesus said that when He went to be with His
heavenly Father, He would ask for the gift of the Holy Spirit, which Heavenly
Father had promised to send us.
(Acts 1:8 NLT) : but you will receive power when the Holy
Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me
everywhere-in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the
earth.”
The Holy Spirit who gives all the spiritual gifts and
powers deciding which each one of us should have. Why does God give us His
spiritual gifts? Spiritual gifts are for ministry, edifying, building up His
church to spiritual maturity and unifying the church until Christ is reflected
in the church. God has given the gifts of the Holy Spirit to the past
generations, current generations, next generations and future generations in
order to grow His Kingdom.
The Kingdom of God advances on the kingdom of darkness
through us! I tell you truly that there are too many Christians have been
called by people to church clergy in many churches. In the christians church,
the clergy is the entire class of religious officials, from vicars to priests
to church leaders to pastors to bishops and beyond. They said to themselves,
they believed strongly they had been anointed by God be a pastor, a vicar,
elder or a church leader. That’s not true if they don’t have a Spirit that
comes from God, if they don’t have experience of being baptised with the Holy Spirit. That’s mean they’re not
being anointed by God. They also don’t have the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
The Lord urges every young christians not to follow the
church clergyman who don’t have a Spirit that comes from God, but have a spirit
of false religion! For satan wants to steal the next generations from the
Kingdom of God. The Lord wants every child to receive the anointing of God for
they have a love relationship with Him. If you want to receive the anointing of
God, you must surrender your life to Him. Seek first His Kingdom in your life,
obey his commands completely, you should do His will full 100%. If so, you will
receive the anointing of God in a day. The Kingdom of God will be within you.
